Customisation
To keep things streamlined, we don’t offer customisations on orders under R100,000 (ex VAT). This includes things like size changes, extra features, or branding. If you’re looking for something custom, we’d love to chat about a larger project!

 

Pricing & VAT
All prices listed online exclude VAT. No surprises — VAT will be automatically added to your cart at checkout.

 

Colours
Each item comes in a range of signature Happinest colours. If you’re after something outside of that range, we can offer custom colours at an additional cost.

 

LED & Neon Add-Ons
Some items in the range can be upgraded with LED or neon lighting — just pop us a message to find out which ones and we’ll send pricing details.

 

Delivery
Delivery isn’t included in the prices you see online. If you’d like us to deliver, we’ll quote you after your order and send a separate invoice. You’re also welcome to collect from our Cape Town factory if that’s easier.

 

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
Some products have a minimum order quantity — this will be clearly noted on the product page. These are fixed and help us keep things efficient on our side.

 

How to Order
All orders for this range need to go through our website — it helps us track things properly and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. We don’t accept orders via phone, email, or DMs.

 

Maintenance & Refurbs
We don’t include any free maintenance or touch-ups after your item has been delivered or collected. If you need a refresh later on, we can quote you for that separately.

 

Graphics, Vinyl & Printing
We only offer vinyl application, printing, or graphic work as part of larger projects over R100,000 (ex VAT). These services aren’t available as standalone add-ons for smaller orders.

 

Courier & Collections
If you’re sending your own courier or transport team, please note that we can’t take responsibility for any damage once the item leaves our factory. You’re welcome to pop in and check everything before it goes — we actually recommend it!

 

Timelines
We always aim to hit our estimated timelines, but sometimes delays can happen. If they do, we’ll keep you in the loop and make sure you know what’s going on.

 

Logos & Branding
The Ready-to-Build range doesn’t include logos, branding, or vinyl — unless we’ve specifically quoted for it in advance.

 

Slight Differences
Each piece is made by hand, which means small variations in finish, colour, or measurements are totally normal — and part of what makes your piece unique. The final product may differ slightly from the render or photo.
