What services do you offer?
We’re a full-service custom build studio — which means we bring creative ideas to life through high-impact, high-quality builds. Our services include custom design, production, logistics, and on-site installation for brand activations, pop-ups, retail displays, event builds, and more. We also offer a Ready-to-Build range for quicker turnarounds, as well as storage and refurb options for returning clients. If it needs to be bold, beautiful, and built — we’re your team.

 

How does the custom design process work for large projects?
Once you reach out with your brief, we guide you through every step. We start by understanding your goals, budget, and timing. From there, our design team creates a custom concept aligned with your vision. Once approved, we handle production, logistics, delivery, install, and breakdown — so you can focus on the bigger picture while we handle the build.

 

Do you offer customisation on Ready-to-Build items?
Our Ready-to-Build range is designed to be efficient and fast — which means no customisation for orders under R100,000 (ex VAT). If you're looking for something bespoke, our custom design service is the way to go.

 

Are the prices online inclusive of VAT?
All pricing online is shown excluding VAT. VAT is automatically added at checkout so there are no surprises.

 

Is delivery included in the price?
Delivery is not included in online pricing. Once your order is placed, we’ll quote you for delivery based on your location. You're also welcome to collect directly from our Cape Town factory.

 

Can I choose my own colours?
Our Ready-to-Build items come in a curated signature colour range. Custom colours are available at an additional charge — just let us know what you’re after and we’ll send a quote.

 

Can I order vinyl, printing, or branding only?
We only offer vinyl application, printing, or branding as part of larger custom projects over R100,000 (ex VAT). These services aren't available as standalone orders.

 

What’s the lead time on Ready-to-Build items?
Lead times vary depending on the item and our production schedule, but we aim for 2 weeks max on these items. If anything shifts, we’ll keep you updated.

 

Can I arrange my own courier?
Yes — just note that we can’t be held responsible for any damage that happens during third-party transport. You’re welcome to inspect your item at our factory before dispatch.

 

Do Ready-to-Build items include logos or branding?
No, the Ready-to-Build range doesn’t include any logos, vinyls, or branding unless quoted for ahead of time.

 

Will my item look exactly like the render or photo?
Our items are handmade, so small variations in size, finish, or colour are completely normal — and part of what makes each piece unique. Expect quality, not carbon copies.

 

Can I return or exchange my item?
Because every item is made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before confirming — but if something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to help.
